Renting the Biltwell can range from $1,500 to $10,000 depending on your event date and the type of event. This pricing does not include food and beverage, staff, or tax. Please contact us for a quote! For a Holiday rental rate, please contact us as well.

All room rentals include:
Edison lighting, complimentary parking, handcrafted farm tables, cross back chairs, custom rolling cocktail tables, round or rectangle tables, built-in or rolling bars, microphones & sound system, rustic cake spool, ceremony arch options, lounge style seating, champagne wall, custom rolling wooden walls, industrial carts, customized digital board, easels, easy load-in/out for vendors, and experienced staff.
Ceremony & reception rentals include:
7 hours of ceremony/reception time, 10 a.m. access to all spaces, 2 hour rehearsal, access for engagement session, and vendor assistance.
Reception only rentals include:
6 hours of reception time, 10 a.m. vendor access, and vendor assistance.
